Shipping policy
Production time Every item at Cough Company is printed to order through our fulfillment partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), production may take slightly longer.
Shipping time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- 3–5 business days for domestic (U.S.) orders
- 5–15 business days for international orders, depending on destination and customs processing
Total time from order to delivery is generally production time plus shipping time above. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Multiple items If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately in more than one package as they complete production, at no extra cost to you.
International orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs agency upon delivery.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to change the delivery address, and packages sent to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
